Any violation of applicable local, national, or international laws may result in the immediate suspension of services. This includes, but is not limited to, illegal activities, copyright infringement, abuse, or any other unlawful conduct. If a violation is identified, ManishPant.com reserves the right to suspend or restrict services without prior notice.
Linux VPS and Windows VPS: Refunds are available within the first 3 days of purchase for first purchase only. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
Dedicated Server & Renewals: No refunds.
RackByte LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at its sole discretion. This may occur in cases of repeated violations of these Terms, non payment, abuse, or any other situation deemed necessary to protect the company or its network.
While RackByte LLC takes reasonable measures to safeguard your data, we cannot guarantee complete security of information transmitted over the internet. Customers are strongly encouraged to maintain their own backups and implement additional security measures where necessary.
We strive to provide reliable and consistent service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally result in temporary service disruptions.
RackByte LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be informed of significant updates. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
