Refund policies vary based on the type of service purchased:

Web Hosting: Refunds are available within the first 30 days of purchase for annual plans. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Linux VPS and Custom VPS: Refunds are available within the first 3 days of purchase for annual plans. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Dedicated Server: Refunds are available only for annual plans. No refunds will be issued after the initial setup has been completed.

RackByte LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend services at its discretion. This may occur in the case of repeated violations of these terms, non-payment, or other circumstances deemed appropriate by the company.
